FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to machine parts, and can be used in tooth gears with internal gearing wheels. Gear wheel of mainly internal gearing comprises a hub, a body in the form of a disc, a rim wheel and a gear rim with teeth, which are oriented radially towards the hub, and between internal ends of the toothed rim and the body there is a gap. In the process gap there is an insert in the form of a flat ring, whose thickness is equal to height of the gap. Ring adjoins the inner surface of the rim wheel, and the ring surface profile, which faces the hub, is identical to profile of the wheel toothed rim.EFFECT: provided is better operational performances and higher reliability of the wheel.1 cl, 1 dwg |
