<p>A process for the production of flexible polyurethane foam unproblematic in curability and fogging and excellent in durability and so on. Specifically, a process for the production of flexible polyurethane foam by reacting a polyol mixture with a polyisocyanate in the presence of a crosslinking agent and blowing agent, characterized in that at least 50 % by mass of the polyol mixture consists of a piperazine polyol (1) and that the polyol mixture has a total degree of unsaturation of 0.05 meq/g or below and an average hydroxyl number of 10 to 56 mgKOH/g. The “piperazine polyol (1)” refers to a polyoxyalkylene polyol obtained by ring-opening addition polymerization of a piperazine with an alkylene oxide and having a degree of unsaturation of 0.04 meq/g or below and a hydroxyl number of 10 to 56 mgKOH/g.</p> |
