PURPOSE: A cyclone dust collector for a vacuum cleaner is provided to easily remove waste from a grill assembly even while a waste collecting case is mounted on the cleaner. CONSTITUTION: A cyclone body has a first and a second connection tube(121,111) connected to an extended tube, an air inlet(122) communicated with the first connecting tube, and an air outlet communicated with the second connecting tube, and forms air introduced through the air inlet into a turning air current. A waste collecting case(200) is detachably coupled with the cyclone body, and collects waste separated from the air by the turning air current. A grill assembly(300) is installed at the air outlet, and prevents the backflow of the waste in the waste collecting case. A waste removing member(410) is movably installed at the outer circumference of the grill body, and removes the waste from the grill assembly. An operating lever(420) is connected to the center of the waste removing member, and moves the waste removing member up and down.
