PURPOSE: A producing method of paper for money and printing paper is provided to produce semi-permanent paper durable to water and fire by using vinyl synthetic resin adding ingredients of soil, a silver paper and iron. CONSTITUTION: Paper for money and printing paper are manufactured by using vinyl synthetic resin to be used for a long time with wood pulp. Ingredients of soil, a silver paper and iron are mixed to vinyl synthetic resin to be durable to fire. Thereby, semi-permanent paper like the printing paper, paper for money, permanent document and special paper is manufactured durable to water and fire.
