PURPOSE: A PDP(Plasma Display Panel) is provided to be capable of increasing brightness and discharge efficiency by forming transparent electrodes opposite to each other at the long axis of discharge space. CONSTITUTION: A PDP comprises a rectangular type delta barrier rib(82) for separating red, green and blue discharge space from each other, and transparent electrodes(64Y,64Z) opposite to each other at the long axis of the discharge space. Preferably, a plurality of bus electrodes(62Y,62Z) prolonged to the short axis direction of the rectangular type delta barrier rib, are formed parallel with the long axis direction of the rectangular type delta barrier rib. Preferably, an address electrode(60X) is additionally formed across the bus electrode. |
