PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hoisting accessory for a block that can be safely operated at the time of mold releasing, carrying or installing, and can easily perform attaching/detaching work or lifting work. SOLUTION: In the hoisting accessory, a hanging rod 5 is disposed to a proper position between upper arms 2 intersecting with each other in a mountain shape, lower arms 3 are intersected with each other from both lower end portions of the arms 2 toward the inside to be in a shape of an acutely-angled cross, intersections are rotatably fastened by a pin 6, and holding portions 7 are disposed to lower end portions of vertical arms 4 that are connected to and is suspended from the both lower end portions of the lower arms 3. So as to extend on a line connecting intersections 8, 9 of upper arms 2 and the lower arms 3, a driven piece 11 is attached to an eccentric shaft 10b of a cam 10 supported by a camshaft 10a rotatably attached to an upper connecting portion 12 of one upper arm 2, an intermediate connecting portion 13 connected to the driven piece 11 is rotatably attached to a lower connecting portion 14 of one lower arm 3, and a space between the intersections 8, 9 can be enlarged and reduced by rotation of the cam 10 for connecting a handle 15 to the camshaft 10a to be operated.
