PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the alignment consistency of a sheet upon post processing the sheet. SOLUTION: This sheet post processing device 300 having a staple H and post processing a conveyed sheet S comprises a discharge upper roller 330a and a discharge lower roller 330b which are mutually separable, and has a discharge roller pair 330 for discharging a sheet, an intermediate loading part 300B formed when the upper roller 330a of the discharge roller pair 330 evacuates and loading the sheet temporarily, a slide guide abutting on widthwise sides of the sheet, movable in the width direction of the sheet, and aligning the sheet on the intermediate loading part 300B. At least a part of an outer circumferential surface of the discharge lower roller 330b of the discharge roller pairs 330 is provided with a kick out member whose downstream side in a sheet conveyance direction kicks out the rear end of the sheet, and formed in a tapered shape or a circular arc shape in which a radius of rotation decreases from the peak of a kick out member to the upstream side in the conveyance direction.
