摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical driving method for a biofunctional molecule which causes a reversible structural change on the biofunctional molecule by using light, and to provide a micro-nanomachine. SOLUTION: The optical driving method for the biofunctional molecule is comprised of following two steps. In a first step, a cross-linking photochromic molecule represented by a formula (8) is connected to two thiol radicals in the biofunctional molecule to cross-link the thiol radicals, and the cross-linking photochromic molecule is transformed into a cis-type photochromic molecule by ultraviolet irradiation followed by shortening the distance of a cross-linking portion, to thereby obtain a first structure of the biofunctional molecule. In a second step, the cross-linking photochromic molecule is transformed into a trans-type photochromic molecule by visible light irradiation, and the distance of the cross-linking portion is extended, to thereby obtain a second structure of the biofunctional molecule.
