Tricyclic amino compds. are synthesised from dimeric Diels-Alder products of cyclohexadiene-(2,4)-one-(1)-derivs, cyclohexadiene-(3,5)-dione-(1,2)-derivs. and from D-A additn. products of cyclohexadiene (1,3)-derivs. and p-quinone derivs. by dissolving these substances in an inert solvent boiling at abt. 100 degrees C and miscible with ether and the dripping in ethereal chloramine solns. at about 100 degrees C in presence of finely powdered KOH, while stirring. |
