PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling appliance having a simple structure and large cooling effect and capable of also cooling a region. Where adhesion is impossible. SOLUTION: The cooling appliance is equipped with a support 12 having air permeability such as a nonwoven fabric or a fabric formed into a strip-like or sheetlike shape, a hydrated gel 14 being a synthetic polymer gel or a water soluble polymer gel stacked on the support 12 and a resin film 16 covering the whole exposed surface on the side opposite to the side of the support 12 of the layer of the hydrated gel 14.
