PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the work efficiency of the soil purification work by shortening the time taken for the cleaning treatment in a cleaning tank or drying treatment. SOLUTION: A cleaning tank 11 is composed of an inner container 71 and an outer container 42 so as to form an upper and a lower spaces 84, 85 and a side space 86. When the inner container 71 is housed in the outer container 72 and positioned at a prescribed position, the side space 86 and the lower space 85 are shut from each other; on the other hand, when the inner container 71 hung up by a crane apparatus and moved upward, the side space 86 and the lower space 85 are allowed to communicate with each other.
