<p>PURPOSE:To improve weather resistance and to facilitate reuse, thermal bending by thermally press-bonding a polycarbonate resin film containing 'a specific amount of ultraviolet absorbent and having a specific thickness to at least one surface of a polycarbonate resin plate at a temperature lower by a specific temperature than its softening point. CONSTITUTION:A polycarbonate resin film 2 containing 10-25wt.% of ultraviolet absorbent and having a thickness of 20-100mum is thermally press-bonded to at least one surface of a polycarbonate resin plate 1 at a temperature lower by 60 deg.C than a softening point of the film. When the press-bonding temperature is lower than this, sufficient adhesive strength is scarcely obtained, while when it is higher than this, the plate is deformed. When the thickness of the film is thinner than 2Omum, an external appearance of the laminated plate is deteriorated or bubbles are generated in the plate. In order to thermally press-bond it, a method for thermally press-bonding the plate immediately after extrusion is particularly preferable.</p> |
