Disclosed is an electronic control device comprising a layer made of a superconducting material (10), an insulating layer (8) which is in contact with the layer made of a superconducting material (10), an electrode (11) which is in electrical contact with the layer made of a superconducting material, and another electrode (12) which is insulated from the first electrode and the layer made of a superconducting material (10) by the insulating layer (8). A control voltage is applied between the two electrodes (11, 12) in order to change the concentration of the electric charge carriers in the layer made of a superconducting material (10). The control voltage can be lowered by means of charge reservoirs (12) located near the interface between the superconducting material (10) and the insulator (9). |
