PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device for conveying micro electronic parts while exposing four different side faces in need of inspection to the outside. SOLUTION: The electronic parts W are received in work holding recesses 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a at the outer peripheries of four rotating tables 2, 3, 4 of the same shape, with one side face to be inspected facing radially outward. The rotating tables 2, etc., are arranged with the respective rotation axes placed at equal spaces on a concentric circumference so as to partially overlap in a vertical direction. The work holding recesses 2a, etc., overlap in the outer peripheral intersecting positions E, F, G of the adjacent rotating tables 2, etc. The rotating tables 2, etc., are intermittently rotated to stop at every arrangement angle of the work holding recesses 2a, etc. The electronic parts W held into the respective work holding recesses 2a, etc., are rotated by 90°and sequentially delivered to the lower rotating tables 2, etc., in the outer peripheral intersecting positions E, F, G, and observed from the outer peripheral side of the respective rotating tables 2, etc., to make the appearance inspection of four side faces.
