PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing cloth having such high durability that it is tolerant of a repetitive use and washing and can also be used for rental without damaging the coated surface of a vehicle or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of smaller parts composed of ultrafine fibers having 0.5 denier fineness are formed one side or both sides of a base fabric woven or knitted with reinforcing fiber.
