PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower vase in which change of water can be carried out without changing a flower arrangement form of flower arrangement or moving the flower arrangement and further which gives a luxurious and novel impression and which can be used as a flower pot also. SOLUTION: This is a flower vase composed of a decoration base 3 having a hollow part 8 to house a water-receiving container 7 in the interior and taking-out ports 9, 14 wherein the water-receiving container 7 can be put in and taken out, and the vase main body 2 supported by the decoration base 3 and provided with a draining means 6 capable of draining water into the water-receiving container 7.
