PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain steady operation and to hold the valve operating part of the gas spring in a depressed state by a simple holding means. SOLUTION: An operating rod 28, which has a bending part 28a of a nearly crank shape at the side end part and comprises an operating lever 29 capable of rotation operation in vertical direction at one end and in which a depressing piece 34 capable of depressing a valve operating part 40 is fixed at the middle part and which turns in the right and left direction, is installed rotatably at the seat-back frame 3. And a holding member 33, which has a holding part 33b with which a locking shaft 28b parallel with the operating rod 28 at the bending part 28a engages detachably at the time of pushing operation of the valve operating part 40, is installed at the appropriate location of the seat-back frame 3.
