PURPOSE: An online education course offering and school affairs managing system is provided to offer an education course relevant to a subject to a user over the internet and to give a subject point to the user who finishes the education course. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises several steps. A server receives identification data from a client(S21), displays a link connected to each subject, and additional education data(S22), and displays the subject selected by the client(S23). Then, the server displays the education contents by the unit week(S24), offers the education contents to the client(S25), enables the client to test the education contents if the server finishes offering the education contents, processes the test result and offers the processed test result(S26). Finally, the server allows the client to ask a question and receive a corresponding answer(S27).
