PURPOSE: A white light source using carbon nanotube and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have large output current even in small applied voltage and to increase luminous efficacy by increasing a tip density per unit area. CONSTITUTION: A metal film(200) is used as cathode and formed on a lower substrate(100). An insulation film pattern(300) has many openings that exposes the metal film(200) selectively on the metal film(200). A conductive polymeric film(400) is formed in the opening. A carbon nanotubes(500) emit electric field as section segment is settled to be exposed on the surface of the conductive polymeric film pattern(400) in state of being stood in conductive polymeric film pattern(400). A spacer(600) is installed on insulation film. |
