<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnesium-fortification liquid which sufficiently fortifies various essential minerals (especially Mg) and is suitable as health food, etc., which supports the improvement of lifestyle-related diseases, a moisturizer which is suitable for food, cosmetics, etc., and enables fortification of minerals (especially Mg), a cosmetic showing an excellent moisturizing action and a beverage fortified with minerals (especially Mg). <P>SOLUTION: The magnesium-fortification liquid is a liquid mineral supplement containing a high concentration of magnesium, wherein the specific gravity (≥20°C) is ≥1.20 and the magnesium concentration is ≥6.0 mass%. Preferably, the liquid contains calcium, potassium, copper, zinc and manganese, the sodium concentration is ≤1.0 mass%, the pH is 5.5-6.5, the pH after dilution with water is greater than that before dilution, and the pH of its 0.1-1.0 mass% aqueous solution is 7.0-9.0.
