PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device capable of improving processing efficiency and obtaining highly precise, approximate solution even in the case that a large number of holes are processed. SOLUTION: A space searching means 2b to search a processing location within a designated region is provided by using a space searching tree grown by a space searching tree growing means 2c. A processing order optimization means 2a optimizes a processing order so as to shorten the length of a processing route or the sifting time of a processing means with regard to an object of the processing location searched by the space searching means 2b.
