PURPOSE: Provided is a cement mortar composition having self-levelling property, which is used for heating a hot-floor in a building to reduce the cracking and partial peeling of the hot-water pipe arrangement, to improve the surface levelling, to decrease the weight and to manifest the far infrared ray effect. CONSTITUTION: The cement mortar composition having self-levelling property for a hot-floor in a building comprises 100 parts by weight of cement, 50-200 parts by weight of lime powder, 5-50 parts by weight of gypsum, 10-70 parts by weight of an alumina-based hydrous material, 50-200 parts by weight of aggregate, 0.1-10 parts by weight of a water-reducing agent, 0.1-10 parts by weight of a thickener, 1-20 parts by weight of a water-retaining agent and 0.1-50 parts by weight of a setting-retardant.
