<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high generating output by providing more laminating steps by realizing light weight and small size. <P>SOLUTION: Two tubes 11, 12 of spiral type that respectively form a reaction gas passage are mutually engaged so as to be positioned alternately in the diameter direction. The thickness of the separator 10 is set approximately same as the outer diameter dimension 3 mm of one tube 11, 12. The inner end 11a, 12a of each air supply tube 11, 12 is arranged to be opposed at 180 degrees and is engaged with the central plug 13. An opening part is provided facing outward on both sides in the vicinity of the inner end of each air supply tube 11, 12 and an oxidizer gas such as air and a fuel gas such as hydrogen are discharged. The inner ends 11a, 12a are contacted to a pair of flat parts making rotational symmetry with respect to the central plug 13 and brazed or so. The outer ends of each tube 11, 12 are extended linearly in tangential direction and are connected to a fuel gas manifold supply tube and an oxidizer gas manifold supply tube. A porous metal plate is fixed by brazing or the like on both sides of the mutually engaged two tubes 11, 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
