PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting adaptor for connector in which commonality of components can be realized by fixing the same connector housing to a fitting panel of different specifications and space saving of the installation space can be realized by making the main unit small size. SOLUTION: A flexible tongue piece 32 for engaging with the connector housing is installed on the fitting part 30, and a panel receiving part for receiving the fitting panel and an opening 23 facing the flexible tongue piece 32 are provided at the main unit 15, and, when engaged, the flexible tongue piece 32 is made to enter the opening 23 when it is bent. When the panel receiving part receives the fitting panel, the opening 23 is shut and bending of the flexible tongue piece 32 is made to be restrained or prevented. A slide insertion part in which the fitting part 30 is engaged by sliding is formed at the connector housing. A guide 36 which is joined to the main unit 15 through a support part 31 and engages with the slide insertion part is provided at the fitting part 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
