PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet excellent in dynamic dimensional stability, flatness, smoothness and flexural strength by forming a thermoplastic material based on a polyarylene sulfide of specified properties into a sheet and giving a specified surface roughness, a specified crystallinity and a specified number of times of flexures before break to the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin based on a polyarylene sulfide of a melt viscosity of 1000-25000P (at 310 deg.C) and a melting crystallization temperature of 170-240 deg.C is melt-extruded into a sheet desirably through a slit die, and this sheet is subjected to cooling and crystallization in one stage with a casting roll at a temperature T controlled within the range of 120<=T<=190-0.02t (wherein t is the thickness of the sheet) to form a sheet at least one surface of which has a surface roughness <=0.09mum, a crystallinity >=5% and the number of times of flexures before break, Y, in the range of formula I. |
