<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a state in which an information registrant can easily register information on a project such as a process and the form of an organization by automatically creating an optimum group for registering the information on a conference room system and an electronic bulletin board system in accordance with change in the information. <P>SOLUTION: This conference room system applied to a project that performs progress management on the basis of a preset process is provided with a project information controlling means 103 for creating project process configuration information 104 representing the configuration of each process of the project and a project progress management information 105 representing the progress situation of each process of the project on the basis of received project process information, a project progress situation monitoring means 107 for monitoring the project progress management information 105 and generating a command signal for commanding the creation of a conference room when the progress situation reaches a preset threshold, and a conference room creating means 109 for acquiring information needed to create the conference room from the project process configuration information 104 and creating the conference room on the basis of the acquired information when the command signal is received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
