PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional double control system that the load applied to the processor of a main control system is increased because the processing for matching the content inconsistency of common memories in the restoration of a driven control system from an off-line state to an on-line state is performed only by the processor of the main control system. SOLUTION: To the content inconsistency of both the common memories, the microprocessor of the driven control system reads the address space of the common memory of the main control system, whereby the content of the common memory of the main control system is copied into the common memory of the driven control system.
