<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move electric charges between an optical electrode and a counter electrode by improving electric contact between p-type semiconductor particles forming a charge transfer film of a photoelectric converting element or an oxide semiconductor porous film and the charge transfer film. <P>SOLUTION: The charge transfer film 11 is interposed between the optical electrode 4 composed of a transparent conductive film 2 and the oxide semiconductor porous film 3 to form a composite structure comprising the charge transfer film 11, an inorganic p-type semiconductor, and a conduction assistant, the surface resistance being ≤3,000 Ω/. As the conduction assistant, a π conjugate conductive high polymer, e.g. polyaniline and its derivative are preferably used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
