<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi allocation system for obtaining satisfaction of a user who requests a driver whose customer service is excellent by collecting only selected drivers who offer excellent customer service. <P>SOLUTION: A computer 20 is provided at a registration center 10 for which the drivers D with their will to offer an excellent customer service have entered.
