<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leader training supporting program, a leader training supporting method, and a leader training supporting apparatus for guiding, in the training of a project leader, so that the target skill value set by a trainee on skill items to be acquired in specialized skill and leader skill is adequate to the trainee. <P>SOLUTION: The leader training support program is so constituted that a learning curve indicating the desirable process of acquisition of specialized skill and leader skill, and a target zone indicating the range of target setting based on the present skill value and the learning curve are generated and, when the target skill value set by the trainee deviates from the target zone, a guidance is provided to urge the trainee to modify the target. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
