PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely fine coaxial cable inexpensive to form with its fixed outer diameter for improved electric characteristics. SOLUTION: The extremely fine coaxial cable 1 comprises an internal conductor 5 and an insulator 6 covering the internal conductor 5 at its outer periphery. A cutout 7 is formed in the outer periphery of the insulator 6 and a dielectric 8 having a dielectric constant lower than the insulator 6 is put in the cutout 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
