PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information reproduction device and an information reproduction method which can easily change the timing of synchronous reproduction of speech information and text information. SOLUTION: The information reproduction method of synchronously reproducing the speech information and text information includes a timing change step for changing the start time of synchronous output of a reproduced speech and a reproduced text. In Fig. 11, a display shift time T is set in a step S110. The reproduced text is displayed from the time obtained by adding the shift time T to text start time as normal output start time.
