<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform injection of inter-degree higher harmonics to a system with an inexpensive and small-sized single-phase power source, and also to detect the single operation of distributed power sources at system stoppage without being influenced, such as phase order change, etc., of the system from the change of the detected impedance or detected admittance of the inter-degree higher harmonics of injection degree. <P>SOLUTION: The inter-degree higher harmonics of injection degree are injected in single phase into the system 5 where the distributed power sources 6 are connected, and either the positive phase components or the reverse phase components at the time of having resolved each of the measured voltage and current of the inter-degree higher harmonics of the degree of injection in each phase of the system into symmetrical components is computed; it is made detected impedance or detected admittance from the positive phase components or reverse phase components of the voltage or current in each phase of the system, thus the impedance and admittance in either the positive phase or reverse phase of the inter-degree higher harmonics of the degree of injection of the system is computed and detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
