PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CD-R/RW disk drive for realizing such access control which can realize a service, etc., that allows only a user satisfying, for example, a condition (charge payment, etc.), to record on a CD-R/RW disk sold with an already recorded part existing. SOLUTION: This CD-R/RW disk comprises a Lead-In part 71 for recording track information in each session, and a Track#1 72, a Track#2 73 to a Track#n 74, and a Lead-Out part 75 showing the end of the respective sessions in a program area with data of each of the tracks sequentially recorded, wherein data are already prerecorded in the areas or the areas are stamped (read only).
