<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety management and productivity by adjusting personnel allocation so that a worker can work safely at a laboratory. <P>SOLUTION: The employed personnel allocation adjustment and management system includes an entering and leaving information input part 1 for consecutively entering persons, an entering and leaving information input part 6 for new entering persons, an entering and leaving person on that day recording and storage processing part 17, and a data management part 19 for processing and adjusting information data on personnel allocation adjustment. An individual registration card 2 of the worker constituted of an IC card stores individual information such as a name and company information.
