An N-alkoxyalkyl-N,N-dialkylamine derivative of formula 1 wherein: the ring D represents a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring or hydrocarbon ring; R1 and R2 are the same or different, and are selected from hydrogen, halogen, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkoxy, aryloxy, alkylthio, arylthio, alkenyl, alkenyloxy, amino, alkylsulfonyl, arylsulfonyl, carbamoyl or heterocyclic group, an unprotected or protected amino, hydroxyl or carboxyl group, a nitro group and an oxo group; R3 and R4 are the same or different and represent an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl or aralkyl group; each of R5, R6, R7 and R8 are the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; m represents an integer of 1-5, and n represents an integer of 1-6, and its use in medicaments for the treatment of neurodegenerative disorders.
