PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a billboard which is conspicuous by moving display characters to provide an advertising effect. SOLUTION: The billboard is obtained by forming a resin sheet (vinyl sheet, etc.), or a cloth sheet into a belt shape. The characters and graphics for an advertisement are written on the front surface of it. The belt shape sheet (display sheet) is connected to be a circle so as to cause the characters and the graphics to be on an outer part. Two rollers are put through the inner part of the circle, and arranged to pull the circle. A timing pulley for transmitting a rotary force is fixed to one of the rollers. A timing belt is disposed over the timing pulley and a motor (driving source), and rotated. The circular sheet is rotated and moved by the rotary movement, so that the advertising contents displayed on the sheet give impression to persons viewing them. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
