The safety valve comprises two separate sub-assemblies, a static framework including a base (2) which is rigidly secured and connected to the tank and an active replaceable subassembly including a check valve (8) which is supported sealed on the seat (4) of the tubular base. A spring (10) pushes the check valve towards its seat against its tension adjusting means (11,12,13). A rod (15), coaxial with the spring, is rigidly secured to the check valve projects outside and can slide in the spring tension adjusting means.
