PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a mobile terminal furthermore. SOLUTION: This method for the special number call service for a mobile communication system where a base station and mobile terminals are connected under the cellular system is provided with a position registration table 11 for storing a terminal number of each terminal MS whose current position is registered corresponding to each base transceiver station BTS (that is, cells or sectors being divisions of a cell), and includes: a step of referencing the position registration table 11 when the BTS receives a call with a prescribed special number including a called terminal number '090-2222-2222' from a caller mobile station MS11 to select a terminal number '090-2333-3333' of any terminal (e.g. an MS22) among all terminals MS21 to MS23 whose positions are registered in the same base transceiver station BTS23 as that of the called terminal MS21; and a step of applying incoming call processing to the selected terminal number.
