PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform recovery processing when data is not normally recorded to a disk-like recording medium. SOLUTION: From a sensor 19, the data corresponding to applied shocks (force) are outputted. A sensor level determination part 55 decides whether or not a value indicated by inputted data is equal to or above a prescribed level value and outputs the result to an instruction output part 54. If the data from the sensor level determination part 55 indicates a decision result deciding that it is equal to or above the prescribed level value, the instruction output part 54 decides that the shock is applied and executes the processing of inhibiting the activation of a drive or the like.
