The invention relates to compositions for activating the limphotoxin-beta receiver signalization which, in exchange, produce potential antiproliferative effects on the tumoral cells. This invention also relates to limphotoxin heteromeric complexes formed between limphotoxin-alpha and multiple subunits of limphotoxin-beta, said complexes inducing cytotoxic effects on the tumoral cells, in the presence of the agents which activate the limphotoxin-beta receiver. The invention presents antibodies targeting against the limphotoxin-beta receiver, said antibodies acting as agents activating limphotoxin-beta receivers, said agents being alone or in combination with other agents activating the limphotoxin-beta receiver, in the presence or the absence of limphotoxin-alpha/beta complexes.
