The vasodilation medicamentous form comprises oxalate of 3-(1-naphthyl)-2-tetrahydrofurfuryl-1-propionic acid-2-diethylaminoethyl ester which, with the generic name of naphthydrofuryl, is used in the medical practice in cases of disorder in the cerebral blood circulation, in cerebral sclerosis, conditions after cerebral insult, ocular vascular disorder, and impairment with diabetes mellitus. It is a stable form, the selected auxiliary substances ensuring the production of tablets of excellent physicomechanical characteristics and improved degree of dissolution in vitro of the active ingredient. The medicament is in the form of coated tablets for oral administration comprising naphthofuryl oxalate, as a hydrophobic film-formation agent - ethylcellulose type N22 0.15-1.0 wt. % of the mass of the coated tablet and includes 48.0-49.5 % ethoxygroups, has substitution degree of 2.41-2.51 and viscosity from 22 to 24 mPas of a 5% solution at 25 degrees C. The medicamentous form has the following composition, in mg: naphthydrofuryl oxalate from 30 to 150, lactose monohydrate from 20 to 80, wheat starch from 15 to 75, polyvinylpyrrolidone from 2 to 10, talcum powder from 3 to 25, colloid silicon dioxide 0.5-2, magnesium stearate from 0.5 to 5, saccharose from 30 to 110, acacia rubber from 1 to 5, macrogol 0.1-0.4 and a colourant. 1 claim
