The invention provides a unit dosage form such as a tablet, lozenge, capsule, powder, granulate or gel, the unit dosage form containing an aqueous extract of tomato in a dried form, the aqueous extract having been prepared by homogenising the flesh of a tomato and removing solids therefrom.
