Components of the coolant circuit are installed on top of the mounting panel (10). The evaporator (35) and a radial fan are mounted below it (10). A base pan (20) covers the underside of the mounting panel, forming a compartment. The radial fan draws air (27) out from the cabinet interior through an opening (21), sending it radially through the annular evaporator (35) into the base compartment. Cold air (26) leaving the evaporator is returned to the cabinet interior through further openings (24) in the base pan.
