<p>The number of water spray holes (9a, 9b) formed in a water spray plate (6) is 130 or more. The water spray holes (9a, 9b) have each a diameter of not less than 0.1 mm and not more than 0.5 mm, the total opening area being not more than 30 mm2. Since the total opening area of the water spray holes (9a, 9b) has thus been reduced, a water-saving effect is obtained. Furthermore, since the water spray holes (9a, 9b) are small in size and large in number, the speed of water streams spouted through the water spray holes (9a, 9b) is high, such that the user feels the strength with which the streams hit the skin; the spreading of shower water can also be obtained, creating a feeling of satisfaction in taking a shower. Further, the formation of many small water spray holes (9a, 9b) ensures generation of more minus ions.</p> |
