DEVICE FOR CLEANING PHOTOCONDUCTIVE BODY OF WET ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A device for cleaning a photoconductive body of a wet electrophotographic image forming apparatus is provided to improve the cleaning performance by forming exhaust paths in a cleaning blade and connecting an outlet of the exhaust paths with a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning roller(131) is adhered closely to a surface of a photoconductive body(10) and is rotatively installed to remove a developer remaining on the surface of the photoconductive body. A cleaning blade(133) is adjacent to the cleaning roller and a front end of the cleaning blade contacts with the surface of the photoconductive body, so that the cleaning blade removes the developer not removed by the cleaning roller. A plurality of exhaust paths(133a,133b) are formed in the cleaning blade from a side of the front end to the outside to exhaust the developer settled around a contact part of the front end of the cleaning blade.
