APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING PHOTOCONDUCTIVE DRUM FOR IMAGE FORMING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a photoconductive drum for an image forming device and a method thereof are provided to manufacture the photoconductive drum at a low cost by winding an inexpensive photoconductive belt on a large rotating drum with applying tension. CONSTITUTION: A photoconductive belt supply roll(102) and a double-sided tape supply roll(104) are provided. A guide slit(110) combines a photoconductive belt(P) supplied from the photoconductive belt supply roll and a double-sided tape(T) supplied from the double-sided tape supply roll. A cutter(124) cuts the combined photoconductive belt and the double-sided tape from a double-sided tape cover(C) by the predetermined length. A rotating element rotates the cut photoconductive belt and double-sided tape to a rotating drum(D). A double-sided tape recovery element recovers the double-sided tape cover separated from the photoconductive belt and the double-sided tape.
