PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a difference between an output shaft position of a motor and a vehicular openable panel position without requiring a high capacity capacitor for system backup, even if supply power to a system is cut off while the motor is in operation. SOLUTION: If system power is cut off while the motor 4 is in operation, when a system shutdown voltage is recorded, a correction valueΔLn corresponding to an output shaft speed Rin(n) at which the system shutdown voltage is recorded is read out from a plurality of correction valuesΔL1,ΔL2,ΔL3...ΔLn preset in correspondence with output shaft speeds Rin(1), Rin(2), Rin(3)...Rin(n), and is added to or subtracted from a position counter A of the vehicular openable panel.
