PURPOSE: A glasses holder mounted in a sun visor of a vehicle is provided to reduce moment of the sun visor from weight of the holder, to improve appearance of the sun visor, to put on glasses conveniently during traveling, and to minimize injury at the accident by embedding the holder in the sun visor. CONSTITUTION: A glasses holder is composed of a cover(20) having a first protrusion(21); a lower part having a hinge part(31) hinged in the cover to turn the cover, a first separable member(50) fixed and separated by the first protrusion, and a second protrusion(33) in the lower part; a housing(40) having a second separable member(60) fixed and separated by the second protrusion, and an opening part(41) opened to contain the cover and the lower part; and an assembling spring(43) placed around the second separable member, and assembled between the lower part and the housing to reinforce elastic force of the second separable member. The glasses are put on conveniently during traveling by installing the glasses holder in the sun visor for the vehicle.
