FIELD: food industry, methods of automatic control in brewing. SUBSTANCE: method of automatic control over process of preparation of beer wort provides for measurement of values of temperature, level of density of product in mass-transfer apparatus, pressure differential inside filtering element and beyond its limits, their comparison with specified values and their maintenance at optimal level. Required level of density of product is ensured by reversal of rotation of agitator. EFFECT: preparation of high-quality beer wort thanks to increased accuracy of regulation of its density, reduced consumption of energy per cycle of production of wort ready for utilization. 1 dwg |
